Toilet Tabulation

(This poem is based on the dataset about the frequency and usage patterns of toilet flushes in the home.)

In porcelain realms where waters flow,

A tale of statistics, we shall bestow.

Daily waters dance, a rhythmic stream,

Eight gallons they consume, a watery gleam.

Month by month, the numbers rise,

Two hundred forty gallons, a startling prize.

And yearly, behold, a grand parade,

Two thousand nine hundred twenty, water's cascade.

But alas! The WaterSense beckons near,

With standards firm, their voices clear.

A call to save, to change our ways,

For 1.28 GPF, the future displays.

With this new throne, waters shall retreat,

Two gallons each day, a victory complete.

Forty-eight gallons monthly, a tribute grand,

Five hundred eighty-four gallons yearly, in our hands.

So let us heed, embrace the call,

Conserve the droplets, one and all.

In toiletology, a shift we'll make,

To save the Earth, for water's sake.
